Bock’s food ideology is based on carefully selected local and locally produced ingredients. We form our menu to fit the season and the offerings of the best local producers.

By dealing directly with the producer, without intermediaries, we strive to build close co-operations which develop the offerings of ours, as well as those of our suppliers. In this way, through our way of conduct, we support the vitality of our countryside and the continuation of livelihoods from one generation to the next. By consuming correctly, even you can affect the development of our region for the benefit of us all!
