The group must have a uniform menu selection, and the order must be made at least one (1) week in advance. We request confirmation of the final number of people and any special dietary requirements at least three (3) days in advance. In the group menu, the group can choose between two different main course options. The meals are invoiced according to the number of people notified in advance. We always take special dietary requirements into account.
Buffet
Buffet meals are prepared for groups of at least 20 people. The group must have a uniform buffet selection, and the order must be made at least one (1) week in advance. GROUP RESERVATIONS GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
If the whole reservation, or a part of the reservation is cancelled,
• when there are less than 30 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, cancellations free of charge.
• when there are 21-29 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 25% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
• when there are 15-20 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 50% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
• when there are 4-14 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 75% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
• when there are 0-3 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 100% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
